Our Client, a market leading international trust & corporate management services provider, is currently looking for appropriate Candidates for the position of: Corporate Lawyer (Senior Relationship Manager Legal). Place of work: Luxembourg.

You will be working in Luxembourg, one of the world’s biggest financial centers, and your daily duties will involve:

Scope of duties:

  • Working directly with clients and potential clients, analysing and interpreting documents, regulations and procedures relating to clients’ legal and fiscal opportunities
  • Evaluating our Client’s integrated products and solutions as well as setting up and managing corporate and private legal structures for its customers
  • Participating as a core member of the team and helping sustain our Client’s strong reputation as a leading provider of trust and corporate management services
  • Review, assess and/or revise contracts and/or legal documents
  • Assisting  clients regarding the structuring of holdings, lease, finance and royalty structures and private equity funds, as well as overall corporate governance
  • Communication and coordination with clients and internal/external parties
  • Ensuring proper legal records are maintained in relation to the companies/structures
  • Guiding acquisitions and re-organisations of companies/structures
  • Looking after a portfolio of clients from the corporate secretarial side
  • Acting as a point of contact for legal matters for clients and advisors and providing excellence in customer service
  • Setting up new client companies
  • Arranging for the nomination/resignation of directors/managers, changing domicile of companies etc.
  • Opening of bank accounts
  • Arranging for registrations at the commercial register and other obligatory registrations
  • Taking care of the necessary publication of adopted annual accounts
  • Performing ad hoc legal tasks like review and preparation of legal documents e.g. licence agreements, loans, share transfers, POA’s, resolutions to amend the articles of association and the process thereof
  • Supporting the KYC compliance and client onboarding procedure
  • Liquidations of companies


We are looking for individuals who:

  • Have a master degree in law or professional studies
  • Have 2-4 years relevant working experience
  • Are fluent in English, written and spoken. Any additional language is an advantage
  • Have proven experience in financial services, international law, tax, accounting or trust environment
  • Previous experience in legal or tax services firm will be an advantage
  • Have a business focus when practicing law
  • Have a real passion for what they do and why they do it
