Our Clients, international organizations with offices in major financial jurisdictions in Europe, leaders in providing corporate services to world’s most respected companies, are currently looking for appropriate Candidates for the position of: Corporate Officers.

Scope of duties:

  • Review, assess and/or revise contracts and/or legal documents
  • Assisting  clients regarding the structuring of holdings, lease, finance and royalty structures and private equity funds, as well as overall corporate governance
  • Communication and coordination with clients and internal/external parties
  • Ensuring proper legal records are maintained in relation to the companies/structures
  • Guiding acquisitions and re-organisations of companies/structures
  • Creating commercial opportunities
  • Looking after a portfolio of clients
  • Acting as a point of contact for legal matters for clients and advisors and providing excellent customer service
  • Setting up new client companies
  • Preparing domiciliation and management agreement, indemnity agreement etc.
  • Preparation and review of various legal documents such as resolutions of the board of directors, shareholders resolutions, various agreements
  • Arranging for the nomination/resignation of directors/managers, changing domicile of companies etc.
  • Opening of bank accounts
  • Arranging for registrations at the commercial register and other obligatory registrations
  • Performing ad hoc legal tasks like review and preparation of legal documents where no consultation is needed from an expert legal counsel e.g. licence agreements, loans, share transfers, POA’s, resolutions to amend the articles of association and the process thereof
  • Coordinating the KYC compliance and intake procedure
  • Liquidations of companies


  • At least 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in a corporate secretarial or corporate administration role in the Audit, Law, Fiduciary or Domiciliation environment in Luxembourg or another trust jurisdiction
  • University or professional studies in Law/Masters of Law
  • Fluency in English and French. German is considered a strong asset
  • Good knowledge of corporate law
