Our Clients, international organizations with offices in major financial jurisdictions in Europe, leaders in providing financial services to world’s most respected companies are currently looking for appropriate Candidates for the positions of: Senior Corporate Lawyers / Senior Trust Officers, for their offices in Luxembourg, Amsterdam, Zurich, London and Dublin.

Scope of duties:

  • Administering a complex portfolio of international clients
  • Responsible for the organisation of board meetings and the preparation of board packs
  • Attending board meetings and preparing draft minutes
  • Drafting agreements and being in charge of all legal documents
  • Managing day to day queries from your clients’ portfolio
  • Liaise with the statutory authorities and external parties (notaries, banks, lawyers…)
  • Preparing the relevant KYC documents
  • Supporting Junior Corporate Officers
  • In charge of managing the day-to-day legal and administrative matters relating to (client) companies
  • Building and maintaining excellent relations with existing clients and intermediaries
  • Responsible for meeting the KPIs
  • Actively participating in Risk Management / Compliance and abiding by all related internal rules and standards
  • Responsible for the content of standard contracts such as share purchase agreement, management, domiciliation and administration agreement, indemnity agreement and side letters
  • Attending Clients / potential Clients meetings
  • Assessing and/or revising contracts and/or legal documents
  • Coordinating the work of and advising the team about the day-to-day work
  • Coordinating the communications with clients as well as all internal and external parties concerning the (client) companies
  • Ensuring proper maintenance of (legal) records of the entrusted entities
  • Reviewing legal processes
  • Working on a limited number of specific clients (depending on the level of expertise required)
  • Creating Business Development opportunities
  • Guiding acquisitions and reorganisations of (client) companies/structures regarding legal affairs
  • Client servicing including: Incorporation of companies, Coordination of day-to-day client company operations, preparation of accounts, reports, shareholder and board meetings alongside other members of the team
  • Ensuring an in-depth knowledge of client files and client communication
  • Development of a thorough product and general knowledge
  • New business development – Product & Service Innovation
  • Taking up directorships in client companies


  • 4 – 6 years relevant experience within commercial law
  • Relevant working experience in a similar position or with a professional services firm would be an advantage
  • Leading knowledge of basic international tax laws and international company laws (including but not limited to holding and finance structures, incorporations, joint ventures, liquidation procedures, (group) financing rules and corporate transactions, etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge of corporate law
  • University degree in Corporate Law
  • Excellent command of English. Any other language is a strong asset (Polish, Russian, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, German, French)
  • Good presentation and client oriented. Good networking contacts and abilities
  • Basic understanding of accounting
  • Acting as a team member.
