Scope of duties:

  • Responsibility for the operation and management of office, retail and logistics properties
  • Cost planning/-controlling and monitoring the timely realization and the project monitoring of subcontractor services in infrastructural and technical building management incl. maintenance and repair
  • Defects and warranty management
  • Monitoring of building and system status and operating costs, participation in optimization measures
  • Control of modernization, renovation and restoration work, claims settlement
  • Tendering, procurement and management of maintenance and service contracts
  • Acceptance and handover of rental space
  • Creation of object-related reports
  • Contact for clients and tenants
  • Support of commercial property management on technical issues


  • A degree as craft master, state certified technician or Graduate engineer in the fields of power engineering, electrical engineering, construction or facility management or a comparable technical training
  • Experience in project controlling and management (preferably in real estate management)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
  • A confident demeanor, negotiation skills and assertiveness
  • Acting responsibly and reliably
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German skills
